You’re right, most OTCs are like that, and I’ve seen a ton myself, but this is no scam. He’s taken a no name company to the Nasdaq before, and has credibility in the music industry and Hollywood. He doesn’t have the pedigree of a common OTC CEO with a PO Box or some fake business address in an abandoned warehouse or Chinese buffet.
