Yes they are. As I said every single sale they do is a short sale and then they cover it.
My response was to people saying as-if the MM make a deliberate decision to short sale and depress a stock price.
CDEL does market buy/sale based on its AI-based calculation on the market sentiment or supply/demand. But the way folks say as-if someone sits their deliberately trying to keep a price down. That was the essence of my post.
