The Cellectra Device is not approved for use in the United States for Covid applications. It's a gimmicky devise, passed over by big pharma as discredited. Inovio (INO) picked up this cellular stun gun at the equivalent of a bio yard sale price. Inovio has never made anything on its own in its forty two years.
INO "On the cusp", my eye. It's been too long since the FDA did not approve Inovio's cellular stun gun. Any resolvable issues should have been cleared up by now. I doubt the FDA will ever approve this gimmicky devise for Covid program use.
