INTK is not a Caveat stock as on the OTC Mkts site. It’s a STOP sign designation. Stewy is always a last on the bus guy, meaning he will slide right before death date. He is saving the world …. Prob one of the worst CEO’s I know. Very typical smart guys make bad CEOs. Just the way it is …..
Byblos u must be new to penny stocks. That is “ok” but I hope your not all in. INTK may be a good company but Stewy as a one man band has always been his downfall.
TDA and Schwab don't "designate" stocks as Caveat Emptor. OTC Markets does that and the brokers pick that up.
It is not unusual at all for INTK to be stop/dark defunct but not CE. For OTC Markets to put a CE on a stock, there usually has to be some past or present promotion that looks suspicious (either by the company or a third party) in addition to a lack of reporting.
I hold about 20 tickers that are stop/dark defunct and only 1 of those also has a CE.
My biggest concern is I am not seeing an official company state registration on sunbiz or state of Delaware. That could be the issue holding things back? I would be trilled to death to see that as I know things are about to happen. Unless someone has another source? Someone posted a pic of a 3rd party site on twitter months ago.
