He could be more transparent on why on march 3/1/2021 there were 2,105,849,131 outstanding shares and now on 7/15/2021 per OTC site there is 2,813,515,456 outstanding shares..

Not a genius but adding 707,666,325 shares to the outstanding count will definitely decrease the share price, no matter what they do.
