Well let's play the devils advocate here. Let's say it creates dilution and they fully dilute all 5 billion shares. The company LCLP is acquiring is worth 600 mill market cap. Even if this was at 5 bill shares outstanding thats a 600 mill market cap at 12 cents per share. Almost 6 times what we are at right now
