Thank you for your email regarding the status of your BCIT shares. As of right now I do not have any information on what the DTC agent is telling us regarding the exchange. However, I have submitted a a research request with our corporate actions department regarding this matter and asked them to clarify exactly what the DTC agent is telling us regarding this exchange. They will be responding to my inquiry within 2 to 3 business days. Once I receive their response I will send you another email with the resolution.

Mr. Bulf,

Thank you for the reply, but I am well aware that the Corporate Actions Department is telling you that there are no reorganization details at this time. What I want to know is what is the DTCC telling eTrade as to why the exchange has not taken place? There has to be some reason that the Jan. 16 date was missed. BCIT PR'd the cert exchange on Nov 20, 2006 and allowed 2 months for all parties involved to take care of business. So I am asking eTrade to provide me with a DETAILED explanation as to why there is a delay in changing my shares to the new CUSIP?
