Although slow, Paul delivered on the Fins which are much more complex in nature. The Legal Opinion Letter is formal and just needs to be executed by the OTC. Mostly red tape at this point. Time will tell if I'm right, but I believe it will be submitted within days, AIMHO.

They have really nothing to gain by not telling the truth at this point since it’s a CE stock.
