Talked to the IR guy from the last PR

Reg A offerinh shares being sold are a fixed price and not toxic to shareholders.

The A/S will be 5 billion post split, asked what point of split even was and the said 1bil shares is unmanageable. No intention to dilute.

Expect another PR to clear up some of the confusion soon
