I agree If you're not planning on holding long term. This is designed to help the long term investor. There is no incentive for the day traders that have been having their way with it for months.

You may not buy today but you will buy before August 16. The 35% divy is too good to pass up. And 20% on any shares you buy after August 16. Not bad at all I’d say. Gl
