If td Ameritrade is sending out letters to shareholders about the SEC amendment and what they plan to do prior to that date I suspect many will sell before that happens and not wait until the last minute.

Did George convert that default judgement debt from 2016 (that he had been adding interest to) into preferred shares? What was it he said he would do with it again? Was that done?
