Very possible. Remember TSN*P which is now name changed to $HMB*L did a similar small R/S in order to uplist. This is probably the same scenario . They know this is massive we will trade higher and the R/S becomes irrelevant

More attractive to institutional investors with a smaller share structure, couple institutions get on board thisthing can really move. We all know how well coinbase is doing and they are the only publicly traded exchange currently, institutional investment would love a crack at another already publicly traded exchange, especially if its already established a market and user base in asia
