I was impressed by page #16 if I understand it correctly.

Looking for confirmation on the 94% of revenues.
It was also interested in reviewing Big T ROAS in the outline.
Return On Advertising Spend, (ROAS), is a marketing metric that measures the efficacy of a digital advertising campaign. ROAS helps online businesses evaluate which methods are working and how they can improve future advertising efforts.
It would "appear" the examples show a great yield return on three of their clients. I'm guessing this is why they have a 100% retention to date. Which is impressive for a start up.
While this is going to take some time to play out, I do like the way it is unfolding so far.
