no, because once the dilution starts tomorrow and then the r/s happens and the dilution continues, it will be worth much less than today. if you are only getting 1 share for every 15, and the stock dilutes and goes back to sub zero, your pre split shares will be worth 15x less than that price. so, enjoy the dilution, because it is DEFINITELY coming. it is an acquisition with shares that the sellers will be dumping soon. also, the current noteholders with the $3 mil in convertibles are already in the mix. tomorrow will be worse as will next week. lots of bagholders today even before the r/s. lclp is a dump zone.

unfortunately, the buyers today who are chasing in the pennies will have losses in a few days. it's just the way it goes in this game when you decide to chase without understanding what's going on or how acquisitions work when a company is cashless and insolvent.
