The main front of this draft Bill seems to be decriminalization for the sake of minorities disproportionate incarcerations (if this truly exists) my paraphrase. The only impact I see for BLPG/HYPUR is probably more regulation not less, as both Christopher Galvin and Tyler Beuerlein have both commented on. Which means more likely BLPG/HYPUR will benefit greatly since they are in the drivers seat of the compliance end. Those billions of dollars seem to just keep piling up for our little company. The explosion should be a fun event when people finally understand this.
