Take time to read this SEC doc. It clearly states there is no "test" and CYDY KNEW there was NO test. Before the purchase. 100% KNEW.

Not only that, read the part (where people complain about "NO VOTE") where cydy did not care if there was a vote. The purchase would go through regardless.

Why do you think NP wanted this so bad?? BONUS SHARES that is it. And people say he cares about shareholders??
