And I'll say it again, this'll be perhaps in the 5th to 10th time zone now:
If you actually read the motion to dismiss the Pomije claim, and the accompanying witness statements, you will see, or at least you should see: it's a lot like the SubV matter. Even better. I.e., it's so strong that DGTW may very well actually win that motion. No tricks. No "tactics." No "cleverness." No "strategy." No games. Nothing but truth, intellectual honesty, and sound reasoning.
