update from etrade -- different then ameritrade -- customers will still be able to make opening and closing trades after the aug 13th date (i think that is ameritrades date) on non reporting otc until the sept 28th sec/finra date - they will just have to acknowledge/sign a document noting the risks of trading opening and closing on otcbb just like option trading or other risk documents normal - sign it once starting this sat
