Very much priced in, even though much of the equipment is on location Nick was smart enough to not run any electrical or piping until he had the permit in hand. All that is necessary is to call a few trucks and a rigging crew and the whole thing moves to a new location. The warehouse gets a new office and a paint job out of the deal but no great loss. Their solar deals are a much bigger part of the overall plan than the Med plant ever was. I will be adding on any pullback from this news. This is far from over.
