Good. Two things are playing a big role in the current price. One is the huge o/s share count and the other one is the merger news.

The merger news is trying to keep it high and o/s share count is trying to bring it down and the result is stuck around 0.005.

So until something else happens, I think it will stay between 45 to 70 range.
