It comes down to what has greater credibility - the updated share count of 24B typed in on a website or the 39B disclosed in a SEC filing.

Of course there is always the looong shot that it was 39B end of March and then 15B were magically canceled to make the 24B count in June.

Depending on what colored glasses one wears the glass can be half full or half empty...
