The IPO only affects the current JCPenney. Our debt instruments come from the old estate. That is a barrier I have a hard time seeing us cross. Maybe not but to me we are getting into a gray area I can't really navigate.

The IPO would be done by the final that bought JC Penney’s assets.

It has zero bearing on the estate or the bonds.
