Might be because of delinquent reporting status. Fidelity might restrict buying as well. I don't think Etrade ever will. I am holding for distribution on all COTRP, CBTRP, and CBJCL. I might sell at $2/share, though. Nothing else matters to me. But thats me, I can't expect anyone else to have the same attitude.
