But why would Garrett Fail from a "reputed" firm like Weil,etc lie about the subordinated nature of these CTs? Are some of the senior creditors paying them more money to divert the estate funds to them? This stinks of daylight robbery and the retail left to fail by Garrett Fail. The liability protection for the Final Distribution should not exist and these crooks should go to jail!
