My feeling is that they cannot legally, but they will ALWAYS try to get away with it. HOW?

The first docket is full of solid LEGAL reasons why CTs MUST be paid....only to throw in the 3008 clause...which says the judge can LEGALLY ignore the whole thing...WTF???
