NOOOOOOOOOO !!! 95 % exchange for 100% is only offset by 5% and that is the deal cost is the way I read that... The percentages of who owns what is still TBD and lets hope they keep the shareholder chunk of shares at a high enough percentage to the overall that AERO's revenues still have an effect to boost our pps. I believe they are helping us and will do that.
Enough babble about share exchanges it will work out for the shareholder, and if you dont believe that call the company and ask them how we can expect appreciation to happen to our shares. If they dont give you an answer its because they dont know until the audit, the deal, and share structures have been calculated and determined....
