In reality if brilacidin was what you think it is, word would already have spread through the medical community and more importantly to the pharmaceutical community, particularly those companies that have had access to the Data Room that Locust Walk have doubtless prepared.

If brilacidin is what you think it is, the rush to gain access to it whether by in-licensing, acquisition or some other mechanism would have been awe-inspiring and could be counted in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Instead we have crickets. That should tell you something.
