Since you asked, maybe you can tell us the answer to this question, posed astutely by another member:

it should be pointed out that Wen-Shone Shiau is a director and secretarty for TriCascade and he has only purchased preferred shares of TriCascade. What are your thoughts on why Wen-Shone Shiau has chosen to limit his participation to the private sub rather than investing in the public vehicle the rest of us are invested in, Saddle Ranch Media?
