No volume in this ticket and some how Gary was able to squeeze out another 3,750,000 shares added to the outstanding in just a month.

Next step would be to increase the authorized share count or a Reverse split..

Which one will Gary do first? any takers ? That should be a concern for some.. Since they continue to add shares to that Outstanding count.

How misleading! 6-11-20 to 11-21-20: 169 million shares added.

11-21-20 to 7-12-21: 38 million shares added.

You did notice the reduction of restricted?
You did notice not all went to the OS? Up less than 4M
You did notice that the unrestricted increased?
You forgot to close with the AS remains unchanged.

Massive Debt, Continue dilution . Declined QB due to too much debt. With no Revenue. The only way out is to give up more shares.
