Honestly, I don't think so, if anything it looks like they may be ramping up early, did you see the round of suspensions yesterday....55 tickers in one fell swoop....many of the Pink No Info's may be long gone by the September deadline.

As far as brokers go, I only see them getting more, and more restrictive as time goes on, much like the clearing process has become more restrictive........the killing off of the OTC is being done on multiple fronts.
