I am not worried about the deadline. Rik replied 2 or 3 times about getting current. He said about 4 weeks a couple weeks ago. Imo, it probably be mid to late August. Here are 2 of his replies... As you know The 10K-2019 has already been filed.


The last few filings were 10-Qs; which are quarterly reports that are

This has been a painful process: and you are correct - we are at the mercy of our auditors and their timelines.

The 10K-2019 will be filed this week. They've already started on the three quarterlies for 2020 and the 2020 audit. At the current rate of turnaround from the auditor; it should be about 4 more weeks to get current.
