“Current” means that the information is filed, published, verified, or as of a date in accordance with the time frames specified..."

NNRX 67060H108 Nutranomics, Inc. as of 6/30/2021.

This means the attorney letter certifying the 2020/2021 NNRX filings, in order to be compliant, will resolve this issue. IMO.

It's not a liquidation process. You just can't buy until Pink Current. I've been in several like this before. Actually weeds out the flipping and everyone holds until Pink.
