LR, your suggesting that if IPIX delivers a data miss there won’t be a lawsuit? Heck, a plaintiff signed on with the Mako case which was less worthy than manipulating an equity and at the same time not managing in good faith. A 1000 percent rally from the first CV19 PR to shortly after the kidney PR to now after 20 more positive press releases given back 65 percent throws a red flag.

Disappointment may not be, but suspicion is what triggers many lawsuits. Leave it to lawyers, coupled with claimant's notes, to prove.

Hopefully it never comes to that, but I believe after all thes years there is more doubt and suspicion than confidence in the occupier of the corner office(the leader of the pack).
