Believe this is the firm- Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP based in San Francisco. They appear pretty credible. The founder is admitted by,the MA bar and US Supreme court( as is another attorney there) to name a few.

Hopefully they'll never have to be called.

Not sure, my guess still pending as these cases take time. Yes, hopefully this doesn’t occur Rosen was enough. He must have a buyer lined up as his actions the past 16 months doesn’t promote a growth plan.
