What makes it a scam? Haha

Where should I start... that PR is no different than the previous ones.

There was a PR about RE.... never happened

There was a PR about a REIT... never happened

There was a PR about hundreds of millions of $$ in multi-family homes... never happened

There was a PR about RE half completed (binding) and other half by summer of 2020... never happened

There was a PR about large nationwide insurance agency by Dec of 2020... never happened

There was a PR about investing 20M, not 1.35, into Nsure... never happened

That PR or the paid article means absolutely nothing. It is just a fancy delay until September. "Coming soon" does not mean 6 months to a year from now. The website doesn't even work. Even if they do get it working, it is probably only going to work partially in Ohio.

In the past two years the only things they accomplished was the QB, closing a couple of mom and pop agencies worth a few million and some how finagling their way to the NASDAQ by screwing their investors over 90% of their investments.

So yeah, it smells like a scam to me. Only NDA holders knew exactly how the split / uplist was really going to go down. I have proof of that.
