The company has been unloading hundreds of millions of shares at new 52 week lows over the past month because they know the company is actually worth less than what it is currently trading at.

All cash means no stock that most likely isn't worth a thing is not involved in the deal. It will be very nice if the company is able to add value for all the shareholders, but we will never know what is going on until they ungag the TA.

Another positive is they followed through on a PR. Said they were going to do this and did it. Also said we would get a dividend from the sale, but with no stock, no dividend.

All in all, a positive sign though.
