Read the Insider article from today. Anyone defending the 13D group at this point has been suckered or is just plain dumb. You might want to check out the lawsuit against the great savior Rosenbaum too.

Wow, how do you figure that? Many data points/facts about their nominees' past performance to make that seem very unlikely.
