One of the oddities here is that Ben isn’t providing all the same details that he normally does for the other tickers… he never “closed the update loop” on the court order. I haven’t seen anything pertaining to applying for access to OTCM. Other tickers he talks about submitting payments and other minor details.
I’m thinking he may be under a NDA or waiting for a few things to complete before dropping a big update. He’s definitely following a different pattern here. His updates got real scarce after the officer election.
