From past performance with CYDY and other companies.
Their methodology is stall, dilute, misinformation , lawsuits ( they really like this one).
Their biggest money raiser whether as C-Suite or as shareholders is to sell Cytodyn stock.
Somewhere I know in those little minds of theirs they were wondering...
" If we can get more Cytodyn stock to sell we can make more money '.
So they try and get a bunch of BOD members and they will get lots of shares for free. Then they can sell those to make money
Those BOD members can then help their friends who bought into a no profit testing company ( InCellDx ) by buying it and trading cheap private company stock with Cytodyn stock so they can sell it and make money too
That buying a No-Profit testing company for a premium sound familiar ? It should. It's a great opportunity because some folks get Cytodyn stock essentially for nothing, then later they can sue and get more stock for nothing which they can sell too.
It's like that old " In living Color" skit. Mo money, mo money, MO MONEY.
