So the case gets reopened by Miller , then withdrawn by miller . What was the Judges ruling ? 1st Judges ruling stands

Please Post any State of Florida documents that states that.

That was filed on June 4th. It isn't current per the reopened and withdrawn case.

It remains CURRENT until the State of Florida tells us otherwise.
