What do you think about the prospects of the Takings Claims and what recovery if any do you see in Collins?

The takings is the case of last resort as I have said previously. The remedy attributable to shareholders would be very little in a direct claim, if any. In Pagliaras recent video he said scotus granted direct claims I don't know what he was talking about and frankly I don't think he knows what he is talking about. Only other person who got it wrong more consistently is the rule of law guy. The ideal situation as a last resort in the takings case is if it does proceed as a derivative action. In the Collins remand it will depend on how well Thompson presents the evidence and the case. I don't see anything happening in that case also because scotus ruled FHFA can act in the public interest. If Thompson can prove obama or trump tried to fire the fhfa director but couldn't then maybe there will be a shot at some retrospective relief but I doubt Thompson has the ability to do so. So far he has done a very poor job as I have also previously stated. Whoever is funding him should fire him.
