I have wondered

I assume the rent is delayed not forgiven (or there may be sliding scales of 100% forgiven to zero ?)

And I have wondered if the GOV (some GOV) backs up bad debt somehow

Anyone have the TRUTH and FACTS on this?

It is interesting. I do rent out a small one bedroom and studio in a good part (not great) of Chicago and have received the rent but wondered what I could do if they said NOPE - lost our job ? or now sick ? or ?
