FYI,No pending litigation of wrong doing from ANYONE, ANYWHERE on "MINES" business or investor misinformation. WHY?? Because there is no wrong to claim. BUT, should there be an individual out there with solid facts to back up their claim of wrong doing, please come forward and have your day in court. In the meantime "MINE" will move forward..
I sent hard evidence of a scam to the SEC about a different stock I was in. Over the course of several years and they didn’t blink. Still trading. SEC doesn’t suspend because enough people contact them. There must be some black and white issues here.
Agree. SEC would've notified traders of an intent to revoke registration and delist as soon as the 10 day suspension was concluded. As everyone can clearly see, no such action has been taken. And in the meantime we have a new president. Apparently someone within the company has been responding to the SEC. Things that make you go hmmm.
