Not a correct assumption. You're demanding data to be instantly available for top line announcement on the day the last patient finishes the protocol.
We could get top line results on 7/26 in two weeks. We could get top line data on 9/27. The world knows nothing based upon when we get this data in that time frame.
Now, if we have no top line data going into October then you're probably going to get it in the next 10Q which would be bad.
