Sadly it appears the only thing Titan investors can attack Vicarious on is the number of patents…
FDA doesn’t care about patents… Neither do surgeons.. or hospital administrators or patients
Vicarious will work out any IP issues they might encounter…they have all the backing they will need and legends in robotic surgery on board the company..
BTW if you don’t think Titan isn’t going to get sued for patent infringement your fooling yourself..
Milestone 4 will come and go with no buyout IMO…better hope MacNally has some other big news to share because as it becomes more apparent there isn’t going to be a Medtronic buyout some might jump ship… All IMO.
