While all that you say may be true, the reality of the current situation is that until there is a change of status on OTC, we small guys are kind of stuck in a wait and see position. Since there are no offers showing that I can see, I couldn't unload my position if I wanted to, and, if I felt like spending my entire life savings, I can't do that either since buys are locked out by the usual retail brokerages.
