No. A/S reduced to 100 million and any funds needed will be provided by Via one, CEO parent company. About 62 million float.

You make it sound like 200 million AS is a lot , even big board stock that are trading at triple dollars have AS even larger than 200 million, of course they will raise cash through an offering whether direct or public offering, or better yet some equity financing, so far at this juncture they have the funds, all 9 subsidiaries combined generate over 140 million dollars (have you even done your DD and research?). I know I have, that is why I am heavily invested in this. Yes they will at some point to some kind of offering fro expansion or other acquisitions, but generally no shares can hit the market 3...6...12 months before after the merger was or is consummated. All I know that the CEO is keeping GMER close to his vest, that to me says a lot, that to me, says this CEO is thinking of billion in valuation. Once you start doubting the prospects you will get emotional and make indecisive moves, I was having a conversation with a good friend this morning on the phone, he is also heavily vested here, I simply told him, put your blinkers on like a thoroughbred horse and aim for that finish line and the prize money, all depends on where your exit strategy is, I said for me, this company will be valued at 7-8 dollars for starters by end of September, definitely has the potential to be a billion dollar company in short order, why not I said, TSN*P and AL*PP did and very possible that it will got to 5 billion market cap mid to long term by end of next year, I also said there will be some cash raise offering along the way, 75 million OS currently, so if they raise the OS to 100 million within a year even at 50 dollars that is 5 billion dollar valuation, easily attainable if they play their cards right and so far this CEO at the helm has proven himself to be a top notch CEO.

No need. Possibly if they do an acquisition, but think they’ll get equity financing. Do the DD regarding the parent company and listen to the YouTube interview with the CEO, they are not in need of money.
