How on earth could some refer to the guys who ran ECOR from $19 down to $1 as "competent management"...?

I could empathize with your desire to replace existing management if there was a genuinely competent group lined up. But the 13D group's ragtag crew of litigious ex-employees, disgruntled execs, and disastrous medical pros who have near-bankrupted other companies is not the way to go.

Patterson? A spotlight loving lab guy who fancies himself as Elon Musk?
And the ECOR duo? Couldn't find worse biz leaders if you tried. They make NP look like Tim Cook.

Then again, most of the 13D group supporters aren't even shareholders. They're sitting on the sidelines waiting to jump in at the lowest price they can drive this down to with relentless BS.

Carry on. Just know the vote won't be in the 13D group's favor. Vast majority of legit shareholders view them as insidious clowns. NP makes too many errors to count, but unlike the 13D group his failures aren't infused with malice.

It’s a biotech startup until it get’s approval. Moderna took 20years to get an EUA for a drug and it’s vaccine is still not approved by the FDA. If you invest in start up biotechs you have to have patience, and guess what, a lot of mistakes have been made along the way. Sure there will be more but the drug has been proven to help with HIV. That’s why I invested long before Covid. TnBC is also a reason. Covid didn’t exist but now all the bashers have become experts on the company and their failures.

The company pivoted to Covid because they saw opportunities to help in some areas. Biggest issue was the lack of understanding what would be the important p-values that would show it would work for the patients. Hopefully they have a better handle on this now and the trial in Brazil will show results.
