Did you check your junk folder? I write the guy a few times a day since that motion came out. He always responded within reasonable time. He answered most of my questions.

If I were you I would just go ahead and send him the info and figure all that out later. Personally I do not see a difference in being overseas. I sent my CT tally to him, however, I did not include the dates I acquired them and he said things like that would be settled later.
