He basically said its hard so everything is late lol. He said it was all conversions from notes originating before him.
There is another note holder left; a previous CEO and fellow shady fella named Mark Miller. He is currently in legal trouble for fraud or something like that. (For allegedly fake taking over companies and screwing over shareholders)
After much thought, I'm happy to be in this mess. Wish I would have waited a little longer to get more shares at a lower cost, but happy to be invested. I have a decent chunk, and plan to add a little more over the next few months if the pps stays down here.
